We normally despatch all our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout Inda using our logistic partners Ecom Express, Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 10 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.

The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. We appreciate our customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during Holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays.

Mandatory Requirements for shipping Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Pincode, Landmarks if any and also phone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping Charges We do not charge any shipping amount for stardard delivery.

Shipping Charges for Returned Orders If your package is returned to us via a courier partner, we will ship the returned package with your pending order at zero cost. If there are no pending orders, we may charge a shipping amount for re-shipping.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement if needed.

Delivery At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk. We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

What happens if your order is delayed? E-Ration Portal will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible. Shipping may be delayed due to unexpected factors like natural calamities, accidents or changes in government regulations and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
